About EPIC

EPIC is the Citizen Participation Organization for the East Phillips Neighborhood in South Minneapolis.

Boundaries:

East Phillips is bounded by Bloomington Ave. on the West, Lake St. on the South, Hiawatha Ave. (Hwy. 55) on the East and on the North the boundary follows E. 22nd St. to 17th Ave. S. then South to E. 24th St. and then West to Bloomington Ave. (Click "Neighborhood Map" above left)

The EPIC general membership meetings are held on the SECOND Thursday of each month at the new East Phillips Park Cultural & Community Center. Meetings start at 6:30 PM and adjourn at 8:30 PM. The Center is located at 2407 17th Ave. S., Minneapolis, MN 55404.
